Calls to our office may be recorded for quality and training purposes

Our cleaners may take photos or videos for quality control purposes, i.e. to give a before and after view of a job or to be able to evidence pre-existing damage has not been caused by our cleaners.  These photos / videos will be minimal and we will ensure wherever possible that they do not show any personally identifiable information.  These photos / videos are stored securely on our servers for a period of 30 days and securely deleted.  If we wish to use any photos or videos for marketing purposes, i.e. on our website, we will always ask your specific permission before doing this.

Communication by email / text message / whatsapp etc. along with your name, address and contact details are held in our systems for the purposes of providing our services to you.  Whilst these systems are accessible to all of our cleaning staff individual customer details are only provided in their schedule on an as needs basis in the event we need to substitute your regular cleaner in the case of sickness or holiday.

We have different teams that service regular maintenance cleaning, deep cleaning and carpet cleaning.  If you book a maintenance cleaner they may not be equipped or have sufficient time to undertake deep cleaning activities and you may need to reschedule your service
