We have been cleaning houses and offices around Solihull since 2014 and have customers across Shirley, Olton, Solihull, Monkspath plus new build areas like Blythe Valley, Cheswick Green and Tilbury Green

We offer three levels of service:
 

Regular maintenance cleaning - typically weekly or two weekly, covering the things you would normally do yourself if there were enough hours in the day
 

Deep cleaning - a one off, more in-depth clean, similar to a spring clean, typically we do these when people are moving in or out of properties or ahead of an important event at home

Intense cleaning - a specialist service where properties have been neglected or abandoned for some time

We do not tend to do home visits to quote for work as the time for doing this simply has to be recovered from our hourly rate and we like to keep our costs down where we can.  We may ask you to send a short video of the property so we can gauge the size and complexity of the work.

With all services, we can ​clean but we cannot necessarily restore 20yr old kitchens or bathrooms to brand new.  We may advise that we are unable to clean certain areas due to risk of cleaning products making damaged surfaces worse - i.e. chrome effect finish on elderly bathroom fittings.

We can offer oven cleaning to any of the above services as required as well as carpet cleaning through our sister company Solihull Carpet Cleaning
